We are thrilled to announce the addition of a new Kosher kitchen and the availability of Kosher food at Clark.  This decision, which was made possible by President David Angel, truly demonstrates Clark’s willingness to embrace everyone. We appreciate Clark’s efforts to accommodate students’ needs.

There are a few individuals we would like to thank for going above and beyond in helping make this possible.

First we want to thank President Angel for championing this and making it a priority.  We also want to thank Paul Wykes and the entire business administration department for their efforts to make this happen.  Next we want to thank Heather Vaillette and the entire food service staff for their commitment, skills and expertise without which this wouldn’t have been possible.  We also want to thank David Coyne and the Hillel Advisory Council for always pursuing the students’ interests.  Next we want to thank the student leaders who showed their support without which this would not be possible.  We also want to thank those whose generosity made this financially possible.  Finally, we want to that the local Kosher authority for all of their assistance.

Sincerely,

Jordan Stein
